Cookie Policy

Last updated: October 2, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how the Dentist on Madison website uses cookies and other browser storage. The website is operated by ACM Dental Care, P.C., doing business as Dentist on Madison, a dental office at 274 Madison Ave, Rm 202, New York, NY 10016. The policy covers this website and the features connected to it, not outside services you reach through its links.

Cookies and browser storage

A cookie is a small piece of data that a website asks your browser to keep. Session storage is a separate browser feature that keeps information available within one tab until that tab is closed. Cookies are not the whole picture: whenever your browser requests a page, the server receives technical information about that request, whether or not a cookie is involved.

No analytics or advertising cookies

The website does not currently use analytics. Its pages do not load Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or any other analytics tool, and the site does not use advertising or remarketing cookies.

If the practice decides to add analytics, this policy will be updated before any analytics is enabled. The updated policy will name the service, describe the cookies it uses and explain your choices.

What happens when you visit

Cloudflare hosts the website. Pages, images and fonts are served from the website's own address, and the fonts are hosted with the site instead of being loaded from an outside font service. To deliver the site, Cloudflare receives technical information such as your IP address, the time of each request, browser details and the page requested.

The text chat runs on Logika, the platform the practice uses for its website features. It may use your browser's session storage to keep the current conversation available in that tab. Closing the tab may end your access to the conversation, but it does not delete messages the practice has already received.

The voice assistant uses your microphone only after you press its button and your browser grants permission. Microphone permission is a browser setting, not a cookie, and it is not consent to marketing or to text messages. You can end a voice session and change the permission in your browser at any time.

Clearing your browser storage does not delete requests or documents you have already sent through the website. The Privacy Policy explains how to ask the practice about that information.

Your choices

Most browsers let you view and delete stored website data, block cookies and manage permissions such as microphone access. These settings vary between browsers. If you block browser storage, the chat may not be able to keep your conversation available, but you can still read the website and contact the office by phone or email.

Links to other services

Links to social media and other outside services open sites that may set their own cookies under their own policies. Following such a link does not sign you up for a mailing list or a text-message program.

Related documents and updates

The Terms and Conditions cover general use of the website, and the Accessibility Statement explains how to report a barrier. Text-message choices are described on the Opt-in, Opt-out and SMS Terms and Conditions pages. This policy will be revised whenever the website's use of cookies or browser storage changes, and the date at the top shows the current version.
