Dental Services in Midtown Manhattan
Dentist on Madison is a general, cosmetic and implant dental practice at 274 Madison Avenue, at East 40th Street. Dr. Avner C. Mullokandov sees patients for routine checkups as well as larger treatment plans, and our on-site dental laboratory helps us make restorations such as crowns and bridges.
The services below are grouped by what they help with. Implant dentistry replaces missing teeth, from a single tooth to a full arch. Cosmetic dentistry changes the look of your smile with clear aligners, veneers or whitening. Restorative dentistry repairs damaged teeth and replaces missing ones with fillings, crowns, bridges or dentures. General dentistry covers checkups, gum care, root canals, extractions and oral surgery. Urgent care covers toothaches and broken teeth during office hours.
Not sure which treatment you need? You don't have to choose before your visit. Tell us what is bothering you and Dr. Avner will explain your options after an examination. We are open six days a week, including Sundays, with evening hours on Mondays and Thursdays.

Dental implants
Fixed replacement teeth for one or several gaps, anchored in the jawbone and planned around your bite, bone and health.

All-on-4 and All-on-6
A full arch of fixed teeth held by four or six dental implants, for people missing most or all of their teeth in one jaw.

Full mouth reconstruction
One coordinated plan for a mouth with many problems, restoring how your teeth work and look, phase by phase.

Invisalign
Straighten your teeth with clear, removable aligners, planned around your bite and checked at regular visits.

Dental veneers
We plan thin, custom-made veneers around your smile and your bite to change the color, shape or length of front teeth.

Teeth whitening
Lighten the natural color of your teeth with in-office or take-home whitening, after an exam to make sure it suits you.

Dental crowns
Custom crowns that protect cracked, worn or weakened teeth and restore the way they look and work.

Dental bridges
Fixed replacement teeth for a gap in your smile, supported by the teeth beside it or by dental implants.

Dentures
Custom full and partial dentures that replace missing teeth and make eating and talking easier.

Dental fillings
Tooth-colored fillings that repair cavities and restore your tooth's shape, shaded to blend in with the teeth around them.

Checkups and cleanings
A regular cleaning and checkup removes hardened buildup, finds problems early and includes an oral cancer screening as part of the exam.

Gum disease treatment
Bleeding, swollen or receding gums are signs of gum disease, and treating it early helps protect the bone that holds your teeth in place.

Root canal treatment
When the nerve inside a tooth is inflamed or infected, root canal treatment can clear the problem and let you keep your own tooth.

Tooth extraction
When a tooth cannot be saved, a careful extraction removes the source of pain and infection and lets the area heal.

Oral surgery
Tooth extractions and dental implant placement at our office, with careful planning and clear aftercare instructions.
