Payment Options and Cherry Financing
At Dentist on Madison, you can pay for dental care with cash, a check or a major credit card. If you'd rather spread the cost of treatment over time, we also offer financing through Cherry and accept CareCredit, a health and wellness credit card.

You don't need dental insurance to use any of these options. If you have questions about how to pay for treatment, ask our team before your visit or at the front desk.
About Cherry
Cherry is a separate financing company that offers payment plans. With a payment plan, you pay for treatment in installments rather than all at once, if Cherry approves your application.
Cherry runs its own application process. Cherry decides whether to approve an application and sets the terms of any plan it offers, including the payment schedule and any interest or fees. Our office doesn't make that decision or set those terms, so please read Cherry's terms carefully before you accept a plan.
Ask about Cherry financing
If you'd like to know more, use the "Ask about Cherry financing" form on our website. It sends an inquiry to our office with your contact details and, if you wish, a question. The form also asks your permission for our team to respond, and we reply using the contact details you give us.
Sending the form:
- is not a credit application
- does not approve you for financing
- does not commit you to a payment plan or to treatment
Please leave your Social Security number, card numbers, income and other financial details out of your message. If you decide to apply, Cherry will ask for the information it needs in its own application.
Before you apply
A few steps can make the decision easier:
- Ask us about your proposed treatment and its fees.
- If you have dental insurance, find out what part of the cost your plan may cover.
- Read Cherry's terms and look at the total you would repay, not only the size of each payment.
- Ask Cherry about anything in its terms you don't understand, such as what happens if you pay early or miss a payment.
Insurance and financing
If you have dental insurance, start with our insurance page. It lists the carriers we accept and explains how to check your coverage. If your insurance company isn't on the list, call us before you decide how to pay. Financing is a way to pay. It isn't insurance, and it doesn't change what your plan covers.
