Opt-out

This page is published by ACM Dental Care, P.C., doing business as Dentist on Madison, a dental office at 274 Madison Ave, Rm 202, New York, NY 10016. It explains how to stop text messages from the practice and how to get help with them. Opening this page does not unsubscribe a phone number or change any preference.

Reply STOP

To stop texts, reply STOP to any text message you received from the practice. Send the reply in the same conversation, because that is the number the practice texts from. Replying STOP stops further texts from the practice to your number.

To get help, reply HELP in the same conversation. You will receive information on how to reach the office.

The office phone number at the bottom of this page is for calls. Texting STOP or HELP to it does not change a text-message preference.

Asking the office for help

You can also call or email the office about text messages. Say that your question is about text messages and give a safe way to reach you. Leave medical details, insurance ID numbers and payment information out of your message. The office will confirm what it has changed. If the office needs to check that the request comes from you, follow the method it gives you.

If you receive a text you do not recognize

Check who sent it before you reply. Do not open unfamiliar links or give more personal information. If you are not sure whether a message came from Dentist on Madison, contact the office using the details below.

Texts, calls and appointments are separate

Stopping texts does not cancel an appointment, stop calls or email from the office, or remove your patient records. Contact the office separately if you need to change a visit. Sending another request later does not sign you back up for texts unless you select a text-message checkbox again.

There is no withdrawal form on this website. Replying STOP to the practice's texts is the fastest way to stop them.
