CareCredit in Midtown Manhattan
Dentist on Madison accepts CareCredit, a health and wellness credit card that lets you pay for care over time. You can use it for dental treatment at our office at 274 Madison Avenue in Midtown Manhattan. We also accept cash, checks, major credit cards and financing through Cherry.
How CareCredit works
CareCredit is a credit card for health and wellness expenses, including dental care. You apply with CareCredit, not with our office. CareCredit, a Synchrony solution, reviews each application, decides whether to approve it and sets the financing options and terms available to you, including any interest, fees and payment schedule. Approval is subject to CareCredit's credit review and is not guaranteed.
If you already have a CareCredit card, you can use it to pay for treatment at our office, subject to your account terms and available credit. Tell our front desk that you would like to pay with CareCredit.
Ask us about CareCredit
Have a question about paying with CareCredit? Use the "Ask about CareCredit" form on our website. It sends an inquiry to our office with your contact details and, if you wish, a question. The form also asks your permission for our team to respond, and we reply using the contact details you give us.
Sending the form:
- is not a credit application
- does not approve you for financing
- does not commit you to a payment plan or to treatment
Please leave your Social Security number, card numbers, income and other financial details out of your message. If you decide to apply, CareCredit will ask for the information it needs in its own application.
Before you apply
A few steps can make the decision easier:
- Ask us about your proposed treatment and its fees.
- If you have dental insurance, find out what part of the cost your plan may cover.
- Read CareCredit's terms carefully, including how any promotional financing works and what happens if a balance is not paid in full by the end of a promotional period.
- Look at the total you would repay, not only the size of each payment.
Insurance and financing
If you have dental insurance, start with our insurance page. It lists the carriers we accept and explains how to check your coverage. If your insurance company isn't on the list, call us before you decide how to pay. Financing is a way to pay. It isn't insurance, and it doesn't change what your plan covers.
